This policy applies to anyone who visits https://agentraeima.com or submits an application through our recruitment form, including licensed insurance agents, brokers, and other insurance professionals considering joining the Agentra network.

Agentra is a business-to-business recruitment platform. We do not collect information from consumers or end-insurance buyers through this website.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you submit the application form:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Professional role (agent, broker, or other)
• Markets of interest (optional, free text)
• Professional experience (optional, free text)

Before you make a choice, Google Analytics operates with analytics storage denied and may send limited cookieless measurement signals. If you accept analytics, it may collect technical data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited. Microsoft Clarity loads only if you accept session recording separately.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To review and respond to your recruitment application
• To schedule and conduct a discovery call with qualified candidates
• To communicate with you about the Agentra onboarding process
• To evaluate fit for our master agency network
• To improve the performance and content of our website

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling. All application reviews involve human evaluation.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data based on your consent, which you provide when you voluntarily submit the application form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at careers@agentra.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

We may also process your data where necessary to pursue our legitimate interest in recruiting qualified insurance professionals, provided that interest is not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your data with the following categories of service providers, strictly for the purposes described above:

• Formspree — form submission and delivery service. Formspree processes form data to route submissions to our team. See Formspree's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics — website analytics. Data is anonymized and aggregated. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Clarity — session recording and heatmaps for UX improvement. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

All third-party providers are required to handle your data in a manner consistent with this policy and applicable data protection laws.

6. Data retention

We retain application data for as long as necessary to evaluate your candidacy and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of future opportunities, unless you request deletion. Analytics data is retained in accordance with the default retention settings of the respective third-party providers.

If your application is not progressed, we will delete your personal data within twelve (12) months of your submission unless you have given us permission to retain it for future opportunities.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

The Google Analytics tag loads in restricted Consent Mode with analytics storage denied before you make a choice. In this state, it does not read or write analytics cookies and may send cookieless measurement signals. Analytics storage is activated only after you accept analytics through the privacy choices banner. Microsoft Clarity loads only after you accept session recording separately.

You can accept, reject, or change analytics and session-recording choices separately through the privacy controls on this site. Rejecting optional tools will not prevent you from submitting an application.

Agentra operates globally and recruits agents and brokers worldwide. Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including reliance on service providers that participate in recognized data transfer frameworks.

11. Children's privacy

Our website and recruitment services are intended solely for professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
